My Experiments With Workout Frequency: In my viewpoint, there is a time aspect involved| to getting in peak condition. Even if you train hard, you can't expect to reach a high-level of conditioning just putting in a few 30-minute sessions weekly. Possibly the reason you have not had the ability to lose those last 5 pounds or don't have defined abs is simply that you aren't committing adequate time to workouts. Just recently, I have experimented with exercising simply 3 times weekly
