  1. Awesome workout.. Was doing 30 mins for few days.. Today did total one hour
    workout.. Feeling great.. Hope to carry on daily and share u all my

      but went on vacation so schedule was paused for few days.. These days back
      on track… Will let u know by end of this month how much more I lost…

  2. I managed the first 30 minutes of it (I break the video in half for certain
    days) and I weighed myself after the first 30 minute workout just for shits
    and giggles and I actually lost almost 2 pounds in just 30 minutes. I know
    it seems hard to believe but trust me I had to sit and think if that was
    even possible. This is definitely the best work out video so far, that
    actually does work for me. Also, try out the yoga video from Jillian
    Michaels, it’s pretty tough (I’m very new to yoga, yesterday was my first
    day of yoga) and trust me, it was killer but very worth it!

  3. i did 2 mile walk by leslie sansone its a brisk walking and after that i
    did this video for first 30 mins in the morning and another remaining 30
    mins in the night in just 1 week i lost 3 pound… happy much…
