  1. Day 16 and I could do all of this but the last move. My legst just didn´t want to stay long 🙁 I stopped like 5 moves before she did. But that´s ok. I guess I wasn´t able to do the whole video if it was on day 1 So I am proud of myself to be able to do it now!

  2. The thing i lve about her is that her workouts are "easy" to do…. When i say this i mean her moves make it so that beginners are able to do it, plus they kill the abs, also she is just postive!!!! idk i just love her way of teaching others to work out!!!!

  3. Hi Cassey ! I always follow lower abbs video but I can only feel my higher abbs working. I don't if the problem is me doing the moves wrong but I don't think it is. I have a pretty fit belly but bellow the waist it's not. Do you have a solution for me ? Thanks for all your videos
